A well preserved road network gives visitors the chance to wander through the green island, planted with olive trees, citrus trees, almond trees, paml trees, cypress trees, pine trees and wild vegetation.
Walking here throughout the year is magic, even more in spring , when the variety of the wildflowers and the fine scent of the grass make you feel in heaven .

On the island, in a wonderful renovated building, there is a restaurant and canteen with a fascinating view over Corfu town. At summer nights the music of the guitar and the view of Corfu Town's night lights accompany unforgettable dinners.
On Vidos island there is the monument of Serb military and a Serb Mausoleum , a memorial and a place visited quite often by Serbs, who are closely connected to the people of Corfu . (In December 1916, 150,000 Serb soldiers cross Serbia and Albania and arrive in Corfu, where a large part of them are established on Vidos. The bad living and hygiene conditions, as well as the winter, claim the lives of most of them. There are thirty thousand Serb soldiers resting in the land of Vidos)
On Vidos island there is the restored historic church of Agios Stephanos , which is connected to the acceptance of the Christian faith in Corfu, since this is the place which housed for the first time the Saints Jason and Sosipater , who preached the Christian faith to the Corfiot people in 80 AD .
Since 1986, every summer, Vidos is home to the " International Municipal Camping ".
